You would be better served lighting your finances on fire than working with this group. They’re an absolute joke. We attempted a simple tax return with them and it required over a year and several (6) different staff to assist. We were hit with penalties, hourly costs for simple rote tasks, (like opening email attachments), etc. and they completely failed to send in our final tax return.
