After I had been supplied with a hire car by Compass Claims and when the at fault insurer was disputing the claim for the hire costs, Primus Lawyers asked me to verify the claim which I was happy to do. They were most courteous and made it very simple so the matter was then quickly resolved. They were a pleasure to deal with and my experience with Compass was also excellent.
