I have been taking my children to Primrose schools for 7 years. When I stopped at this school as we are new to the area they were rude, uninterested in taking on summer care etc for my 7 year old and nothing for my 2 year old. All others have at least given me the June time frame when classes move up. There were three staff members up front, not one of them polite! I do not recommend. I would not leave my kids with people this rude.
We liked this school at the beginning but our satisfaction declined over time. Most of the teachers we had during our time at Primrose were very nice and truly cared about the children, but teacher turnover is horrible. I get the sense that the staff is very underappreciated by management. Things really seemed to take a turn for the worst when the new director stepped in.
