Primrose of Southeast Ellicott City is a very good child care facility. The staff are very warm and welcoming. They are very understanding and address our concerns / requests immediately. Maintenance of the school is really reallyy good..!!! Class rooms are well equipped with all the necessary toys, beds, etc…along with good teacher to student ratio. Our son started at Primrose about a month ago, and we’ve had a very positive experience so far. The transition was emotional at first (as expected), but the teachers were patient, kind, and very reassuring to both him and us as parents. We absolutely love Primrose School! The management and staff are so caring, loving, and approachable. My son feels happy, safe, and excited to go every day, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. We have had a wonderful experience with Primrose Southeast Ellicott City. The owner, management and staff are warm, caring, and attentive, and our daughter comes home happy and excited every day.
