Our son started at Primrose about a month ago, and we’ve had a very positive experience so far. The transition was emotional at first (as expected), but the teachers were patient, kind, and very reassuring to both him and us as parents. In just a short time, we’ve noticed growth in his communication, social skills, and independence. We absolutely love Primrose School! The management and staff are so caring, loving, and approachable. My son feels happy, safe, and excited to go every day, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. They make life really easy for families — providing all meals (breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks), backpacks, beds, blankets, and even handling laundry. We have had a wonderful experience with Primrose Southeast Ellicott City. The owner, management and staff are warm, caring, and attentive, and our daughter comes home happy and excited every day. Communication is excellent, the facility is clean and well-organized. Our two-year-old is thriving here and the teachers are patient, nurturing, and create a fun, engaging, and safe environment. We switched to Primrose from another facility and we are very happy with the decision. Mornings are easier because they provide everything (lunch, snacks, even backpacks). We are always greeted by a friendly face and the teachers really help the kids adjust at drop off. In Preschool, they do a lot of organized small group activities and we are typically sent a picture and a description through the app throughout the day. My child and I both started here in May of this year, so far I have loved the environment for her. She is hitting all of her milestones, her teachers are always uploading great photos of her throughout the day. As a first time mother, having teachers that love and care for the children so well really puts my nerves at ease. From not only a parent but a teacher, I feel confident in saying that Primrose SE is a great school!
