I have known Ann and Luis for 13 years and they are the most caring and trustworthy people you could know. They were very excited about opening a preschool of the caliber of Primrose and worked very hard and waited a long time for their school to finally open. Due to my husband's job, my family has moved around quite a bit. We recently moved to the Hanover area and, as I do with every move, I spent awhile researching preschool options for my two young children.
