Primrose is a beautiful community that allows a loved one the opportunity to “age in place” as it offers Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care options. So many staff members have been on the team since the community opened, they know the residents well and residents feel comfortable and “at home” with them!

My mother was a resident in the memory care facility at Primrose. Staffing at the facility was certainly a concern. There was significant turnover and several of the nurses made mention of it when I would visit. Due to that, they increased my mother’s level of care, noting that they did not have enough staffing to care for her. It was apparent that they did not have the experience needed to care for the memory issues of the residents. At one point, my mom sat for hours, yelling for help and they did not come. Before you consider this place...call Indiana dept. Of health on deficiencies in all dept.s....falls, complaints everything! Don't believe the smoke and mirrors they try to sell you!......resident SAFETY ARE NOT THEIR PRIMARY FOCUS!...my mom died!
