I would give zero stars, but that is not an option. We had my grandfather there, and recently moved him to a different facility. For the exorbitant amount that we paid, the care received was not anywhere near what was received. We went through the cycling of 2 different DON's while he was there, and neither was worth a damn, and failed to adequately address any of our multitude of concerns any time that we brought anything up. I really admire Primrose...but my wife is a little slower in coming convinced of the move...but your great food, continual activities, people to visit with and friends already there, will help her to move!
