I thought this was going to be the community for me. Then I found out they make you pay for every service every month whether you use them or not. Good way to use up all your savings. I was very disappointed!
My parents lived in Independent living, then assisted living at Primrose. The staff was always very kind and the facility is beautiful. But there just just not enough staff. Sometimes 1 nurse to 2 buildings. Always working short staffed. Frequent director turnover. They are all definitely overworked. Was told they have a virtual nurse available, but my parents had a hard time figuring out the remote TV let alone a virtual anything. Primrose is always a place I recommend! Welcoming & Caring Staff, Clean Environment, and lots of activities for everyone!
