Clean, caring and warm atmosphere. Our dad loved his room and the staff. The lovely chef made his favourite, trifle when he was poorly. Nothing was too much trouble. He had a short spell in hospital and was so happy to return to Primrose Lodge he cried!! We visited at least 6 care homes before choosing Primrose Lodge and highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have a happy life in care. Lisa and her team will be very welcoming.
