My Mom moved to South Grove Lodge Senior Living in February of this year, and she absolutely loves it there. Mom had given up driving a few years ago and was starting to feel the effects of living alone and being housebound. My grandma loves it here
Recently had a negative experience at Southgrove Lodge. My 90 year old sister(a vulnerable person)has been a resident there for over 10 years. An employee (Tracey) recently accepted a personal item from her that was to go to her nephew. I contacted him and was to return it to me. But he said tough luck. In the handbook to employees it states that employees are prohibited from accepting personal gifts or money from residents. Our item was a bed. It could of been a ring or something else.
