We had an amazing time on our private “Road to Hana” tour. The tour was perfect and we had several beautiful stops along the way. The highlight of the tour was our guide, Kai. Kai is absolutely amazing, he made us feel like we were all ohana (family.) I think we laughed the entire tour. I highly recommend this company and ask for Kai to guide you. You will not be disappointed.

After a long day of travel, as we were getting off the plane we received a phone call from our greeter, who told us which baggage claim to go and met us there with a cart. After loading the bags and a pleasant conversation, we went to a new, well-maintained and spacious black SUV just outside the doors. We were given a eucalyptus towel and a bottle of water for the drive. Our driver, Roxy was delightful and the experience was a great way to start our Maui vacation. We would highly recommend primo VIP, Inc.

We (5 adults, one 6 year old) used this service several times while in Maui. Every driver we had was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and funny. They went above and beyond! My son bought a loaf of banana bread on the road to Hana, and at the next stop, the driver bought him a loaf of chocolate chip bread. He said that everything he gets, he gives back. It’s such a wonderful company, I would recommend it to any and everyone!

I made a service inquiry recently and the team was so responsive, compassionate, and accommodating. They were helping me figure out how to move my wedding party from West Maui to South Maui within my budget due to my wedding being displaced from the disaster. I'm no longer in need of transportation, but I really appreciated their personal and caring response throughout these difficult times. This team cares about their clients.
