Bought a couch set on 10 Jan 21. They wouldn't sell the floor model to us and we were told 3 weeks fo delivery. We came back around Valentine's Day to inquire; floor model gone and fluff story about covid and a promise of Mar 1. We came back on 8 Mar; same response. Came back on Easter Sunday to get money back. I was told that the boss will call us on Monday. We'll see. Got action after wife talked to the city after they said no to giving back our money. Magically, the set arrived 3 days afterwards.

I give primo furniture a zero for leaving there mess in my front yard. I really wish they would of pick up after themselves. I had.to cut up all the boxes and throw in dumpest. But the one good thing they did do was assemble the bed correct. So for assembling I give them a ten.
