I called Matthew Finch regarding a LR Discovery 4 XXV he had for sale. Matthew called me straight back and shared the exceptional provenance on the vehicle. The following day I visited to view it and a couple of comparators that he had in stock. They were are very well prepared, had low ownership numbers and reassuring service histories. Not impressed at all. Enquired about Range Rover that only got advertised and had a chat on their website and was told someone will respond asap .Had no response at all and vehicle got removed from website or sold . Hope someone else will get better customer service
Purchased a Discovery 4 in 2023, was really impressed with Matthew and Tim, car was perfect. Returned in July 2024 to purchase an SVR which is just as fabulous. Team very polite, no pressure and accommodating. Also offer servicing which is a reassuring bonus. Thanks so much.
