Prior to the move to the new Larsen, WI location, I shopped in person at the Racine St shop in Menasha and purchased top quality products. In mid-Nov. 2021, I placed an online order during a pre-holiday promotion. 2 weeks later, I emailed to ask about no shipment notice. Was told they were "overwhelmed" with orders and were "a few days" late. Over 3 weeks from order date, with no updates, no shipment, I cancelled the order. I did receive a refund. No indication on website of product availability or backorder.
