Do not preorder from this company. I have bought tons and never really had any large problems until they released the dodgers preorder. I bought it in November and still have not received it in February and mind you it released in December. Then they waited until a couple days before Christmas to send out emails to let us know they had issues with he hats so our orders won’t be shipped until mid Jan. Haven’t received my order nor have gotten an email about it, even when I reached out. I get there’s an influx of orders because of the Holidays. But I see people have been waiting for theirs just as long if not longer. What’s going on @primitiveskate?? Please update me on my order.
I would strongly advise against ordering from this store if you are outside the US. My order was never delivered as it was returned by customs. Despite this, the company refused to reship the items and forced a refund I did not agree to. On top of that, the refund was incomplete: they returned the product value but kept the shipping cost, even though the order was never received. Paid for return shipping, then they took shipping amount $7.72 from my return, I'm guessing they kept $7.72 from when they shipped it to me ? Not sure , terrible policy, I also waited 3 weeks for the return and nothing , when I contacted them they said they needed tracking number from me sending it back , after giving them tracking they never gave me my full refund , terrible customer service
Bought 2 sweatshirts. One was too small so I asked service how to return it for a refund. Received 2 emails that were obviously automated and basically I will not be getting a full refund. I won't be ordering anything from this company ever again. The return policy is unbelievably a mess
