Paid for return shipping, then they took shipping amount $7.72 from my return, I'm guessing they kept $7.72 from when they shipped it to me ? Not sure , terrible policy, I also waited 3 weeks for the return and nothing , when I contacted them they said they needed tracking number from me sending it back , after giving them tracking they never gave me my full refund , terrible customer service
Bought 2 sweatshirts. One was too small so I asked service how to return it for a refund. Received 2 emails that were obviously automated and basically I will not be getting a full refund. I won't be ordering anything from this company ever again. The return policy is unbelievably a mess
I purchased a holiday gift for my husband that unfortunately did not fit as for some reason they made the clothing brand crop top so I returned right away paid next day shipping so my refund can be issued as the gift I bought was not cheap!
