Chad was excellent! I’ve had an account at this branch since I was in high school and it was still EVB. I needed advice on how to handle a large deposit from an inheritance. Chad was knowledgeable and helpful when advising me of my options. He quickly and efficiently provided me with a cashiers check and opened a CD. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When it comes to local, small town banks, Primis has no competition.

The branch manager provided excellent customer service. He was great at keeping us updated. The program thru which we got our HELOC saved us lots of money.

They are very knowledgeable and very well driven with their work. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone. They are sufficient and have good customer service!
