Great service and its friendly in there
I had a very disappointing experience at the PrimeWay Sugar Land location. I went in to handle a check deposit using their virtual ATM, but when I found out it would take several days to clear, I told the rep I didn’t want to move forward. Despite that, the deposit was still processed and my check was never returned. I spoke to someone in the branch right after and even spoke with the branch manager.
