I was a previous member and decided to rejoin after a couple of years at a big bank. Mr. Johnny Johnson Jr, helped me reestablish my account and was helpful in addressing my needs, especially with it came to my suffix on my account. I’m happy to be back at PrimeWay and was appreciate that he called me with a follow up call, something another bank did not do. Thanks!

The gentleman at the bank was very helpful to my sister kind of gave her some examples on how to get her account going very nice very respectful and very polite. He had lots of patience with her.
