This bank used to be excellent years ago, but a change in management has completely ruined the experience. Over the years, were blessed to say that our business has brought PrimeWay millions of dollars in business. Unfortunately, after a separate account—completely unrelated to our main operating account—was closed and charged off after we went out of business, we began to be treated unfairly. Cheryl-Ann Ackbar great staff with great customer service. Very happy with her work !!!
The customer service is horrible. I stood in line for 20 minutes and watched them assist every other customer that walked in.
I want to say thank you to Ms. Cheryl A. I had several questions regarding loans and she answered everyone of them with exact information and attentiveness, she also went above and beyond to help get approved! I would HIGHLY recommend going to this branch solely for Cheryl. I plan on being taken care of by Cheryl anytime i come back to the bank 10/10 Service! Thank you!
