Horrible bank for military families. Cards from here do not work over seas, and they refused documents from JAG. We are stationed over 3,000 miles from the location, and still told us that we needed to be in person to do anything with the bank. Finally after over a year of trying to get the account closed, they told us it already had been closed. We had to call them before we were notified of this information. Horrible customer service experienced here.
