Would not do business with this bank again. Customer service at the senior/loan-origination level is abysmal. Does not feel like a community-level bank.
Love this bank! I came from Wells Fargo and it's so refreshing to have people that remember your name, are actually available to talk when you call or email, and are super fast to respond to any issues.
Best bank. Quick to help and solve problems. Everyone is always there to listen and help no matter how big or small the problem is.
Cecilia was absolutely awesome to work with helping me setting up new business accounts. Also, Suzanne is an incredibly welcoming barista. New building looks Amazing too!
