Management and Staff are uneducated on the laws of video taping a bank, as there are no laws against video taping a bank federal or state. Called the cops reporting that their entitled egos were hurt. Maybe looking at the bad reveiws, they should concentrate on customer service.
Would not do business with this bank again. Customer service at the senior/loan-origination level is abysmal. Does not feel like a community-level bank.
Love this bank! I came from Wells Fargo and it's so refreshing to have people that remember your name, are actually available to talk when you call or email, and are super fast to respond to any issues.
