Great people! The whole experience. Kolbe Cranmar is the BEST everything person at PrimeSouth. The little notes in the drive-thru tubes really make my day.
Not sure about the negative reviews on this bank; they offer several great programs including interest on checking accounts. Who does that anymore? After banking for years with BOA, where they CHARGE you to have a checking account if it drops below a certain (high) balance, this is quite refreshing. I have received stellar service there, even calling in for a transfer between accounts when I didn't have cell service.
