Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Fees and account information is written in an easy to understand manner. Quieter bank. Do not have an account here.
I always enjoy my banking experiences at the valley branch. Allison, Ashley and Kyah are always friendly. I actually enjoy going to the bank.
I came here to use the shared branching feature. But the credit union on my end was having internal issues that prevented me from making a transaction. Kyah went above and beyond to call our credit union and even an IT help desk. She, and her coworkers, offered incredible customer service. This is an incredibly friendly and professional credit union. And while I couldn't complete my transaction there, I'm so glad I was on the receiving end of great service.
