Numbers don’t work… No early check in. The address was kind of hard to find, given the city is Grapevine TX not Irving, had to use AppleMap. My Garmin was no help & GoogleMaps sent me to the wrong address. Parked outside the facility & walked to receiving. Got a door at 8:30am & out at 11:20am.
Walk to the receiving door check in you will be giving a door..chalk your wheels. Place stop sign in front of your truck as instructed. Unloading process didn't take long
They have a verity of products The customer service is zero. You put in your will call PO before 2pm the say before then go the next morning and are told you can not pick up your box of nails. You put in your PO late. After driving for an hour to get there, I had to leave This is typical for Prime Source.
