This company sent an unprofessional driver to attempt a repossession.
I worked there for 9 years. I would suggest you check the reviews regarding this company. I worked there when the company was on top of the world. It was a prosperous and kind company. Then it moved to TN. Now it has a 1.8 google rating. Its once towering empire seems to now smolder.
The worst company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Run don't deal with this company or any of there scam artist employees. Run there credit. Believe me you will put them on a pre pay account basis. Dealt with many companies over the years. I don't understand how they are still in business. They don't pay any of there repossession companies.
This company sent an unprofessional driver to repossess my vehicle. I hired an attorney and sued the all three companies. Needless to say I am in possession of my vehicle and now the title. They were held responsible for all damages. I do not recommend. Shame on my finance company. Shame on this company.
Terrible company to do business with from a financial institution aspect. They do not run accounts as assigned, even after several requests. They do not pay repo agents in a timely fashion so we are unable to use our preferred agents who they owe several months of unpaid invoices to. Do not recommend.
