I just bought a new Merida Reacto First I was dealing with Mark over the phone and he was really nice and very helpful before I even decided to buy the bike ,he just gave a very good customer service and once bike was purchased I got a call a few days later that I can come down for a fitting and so I did Its a real nice shop with really nice people working there then I met Darren he fitted the bike for me made sure I was happy with everything he was so nice helpfull and lots of patience I had a very very good experience i wo... read more
asked them to repair a leak in a tyre which they did but the tyre was flat in ten minutes in our the garage. They had not remove a sliver of glass from the outer tyre, in the same place as the new leak
