I’ve been a customer of Primera for many years and after leaving and returning to the local area I popped in store with a tyre issue. Once again nothing was too much trouble and it was sorted straight away. So glad to see the customer service I remember has not been lost and it’s always a pleasure to pop in and drool over the latest tech. Thanks again Primera!

Thanks lads for the brilliant service when I bought the new bike , went out with the boy this morning and it felt great ,he was not too happy and found it hard work.
Recently had an issue with a Rockshox dropper post, contacted Clive & Vince and as usual service was as expected, sent back and was replaced FOC. Communication was excellent. Do not hesitate to purchase a new bike or parts from Primera.
