Can't thank Joe, Mark and Darren enough for their guidance and help on my recent purchase. No hard sell just honest help at an unrushed pace. I didn't feel pressurised at any point and they all had so much time for me to ask my questions and were really accommodating on the changes I wanted to make. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were so patient with me. To have a local bike shop this good is amazing. I'll most cetainly be back for more kit!

Vince and the team at Primera were super helpful. Their knowledge, experience and keenness to go the extra mile was outstanding. The bike I bought was price matched against an internet option but came with so much more than I would’ve expected. I’d never had a bike fit before but the results were incredible, so much more comfortable and efficient than riding an off the shelf set up.
