Loved my experience with the girls at PrimeMD. Most heavenly birthday facial received from Karla. Recommend to anyone looking for an aesthetic office in the area.
This place is absolutely stunning! All the staff is amazing and so helpful and accommodating. I will not go anywhere else after coming here. Johnson City needs more places like this. I have had 3 different facials here, the Co2 laser treatment, and dysport and Botox and every service I have had has been top notch and I have zero complaints.

Prime MD is wonderful! I had a great experience with Lindsay! She was very nice and gave me a lot of advice and told me everything I needed to know about getting Botox. I highly recommend Prime MD, the warm environment is very inviting.
