I first started with another mortgage company and had to jump ship due to them making a mistake for over month back and forth and getting closer to settlement. I called Primeline Capital less than week I was ready to go and made my settlement.

Brad and Melissa have been so extremely patient with our HELO loan. Although the process took us a long time it was only due to our unique situation but we always stayed in contact and Brad was always available to discuss options to get us to the end state. Will continue to keep using them to refinance when the rates drop in the near future....
