Brad and Melissa have been so extremely patient with our HELO loan. Although the process took us a long time it was only due to our unique situation but we always stayed in contact and Brad was always available to discuss options to get us to the end state. Will continue to keep using them to refinance when the rates drop in the near future....

It’s amazing how things work out. A very good referral from a place one wouldn’t expect it. But once the introduction was made I could tell that Brad was definitely the guy to talk to.
