I was hesitant to work with Diane because I have my regular list of lenders that I work with because they are proven. I expect good service so it’s hard to change when you get that from your regular service providers. So when my client found Diane, and wanted to use her company as the Lender, I agreed because ultimately it’s the client’s choice. Diane was pretty great. The process of buying a home for the first time can be extremely scary, but Diane made the loan process much easier. We had an incredibly quick 30-day escrow during the already-busy holiday time, and Diane and her team worked fast to make this happen with time to spare.
