I'm self-employed, which means more documentation, but the loan officer, Jarrett Elliott, made the journey easy and was always available to provide answers. My real estate agent also commented that Jarrett's communication throughout the process was remarkably effective. These people, specifically Kim Hendricks, are incredible at what they do. Kim helped us every step of the way. Even though we didn't end up buying(job fell through), she went so far beyond what we had previously experienced. Definitely going back for our next house. They do care. They have a passion for this and no big company is gonna do you better. Literally the 7 biggest companies in the country couldn't match Prime Lending Kim Hendricks. Some people are special at what they do. And she is one of them.
