Mandy Knerr is incredible. She goes above and beyond to help her clients understand the process, get great rates, and make a stressful process so much easier.
My loan officer Kyle and his team were great to work with. He got me a great rate and had excellent communication when it came to things I needed to submit or get done to make the whole process smooth.
Kyle and his team were amazing during our home buying process. We were on a time crunch sometimes and they got everything done. If I had any questions they were readily available to answer them for us. They also got us the best interest rate available to us.
I worked with Mandy at Prime Lending and she was MORE than helpful to get my loan approved. It didn’t matter if it was the weekend or she was on Vacation or having family time, Mandy was always there for me, I actually had to tell her, “ Go and have your family time, get with me later.” The point is, she was always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Thank you Mandy and although I didn’t mention any other names, her Team of people were excellent, this company is just that, A Team!!!!
