If you are being told that you need to use PrimeLending in order to receive incentives from your builder, RUN. I have purchased homes before and worked with multiple mortgage companies over the years, and this was by far the worst mortgage experience I have ever had. Several of my neighbors ultimately backed out of using PrimeLending because of their experience. Looking back, I wish we had done the same. Esther Quiles of Prime Lending had me sign a Docusign document stating false information, despite me telling her via voicemail (because she wouldn’t answer her phone) as well as via email in order that the information was inaccurate; for the father of my child to purchase a home. I have purchased a two homes, as well as the father of my child without needing the false documents.
