I can’t emphasize how much Chris at Prime lending was helpful to us. He absolutely bent over backwards to make sure that all the bases were covered and we had no problems at closing. This is the first time my wife Holly and I used Prime lending, but we will definitely recommend their services in the future.

Another great experience working with Chris D. at PrimeLending. Great communication and response time. He smoothly guided me through the pre-approval and loan processes.
My experience was absolutely amazing, much larger mortgage then typical size. The whole process was about a 40 days. Chris stayed on top it and urged to get stuff done when it was necessary not to cause delays. The DocuSign is real help. You can do it on your own time very convenient. Closing day took only like 30 minutes to physically sign maybe 30 sheets of papers. Funding took 7 days as disclosed by Chris. He made us feel we are the only people he works with.
