It was quite an experience who would have thought that buying a small older manufactured home would be such a hassle. Thank God for Paul Chassion and his team. They stayed on top of everything through nearly 3 months of delays and now I get to this view every morning. Oh, I almost forgot because I am a disabled veteran they waive some fees saving me $$$.
