Let’s just say we had a challenging deal with 20+ year old manufactured home, estate sale/atty, probate, reserves, etc.. Every time there was a twist or turn Vince came up with a solution or alternatives and never lost his smile. He always had the attitude he could find a solution to make this deal happen even though we thought it was going to fail at least 4 different times. And today we closed!!!! Thanks Vince/Brittany and rest of team for all the efforts.
