Prime lending exceeded my expectations! I was turned down by another lender 2 weeks before I was scheduled to close due to impending retirement and David Simmons was recommended to me by my father who has used Prime Lending many times in the past as a real estate broker. I couldn't have asked for more from David and team! I thought for sure I was no longer eligible for a VA loan since my basic entitlement was tied up, but David explained that I still had remaining eligibility. He was able to secure my financing on-time with no issues at all. Communicaiton was on point as he was seemingly always available to answer my questions. All that made the stressful home buying process turn out pretty easy.
