Sam Hogan and team (Rebecca and Kelly) were fantastic in getting my loan closed with a good rate and timely fashion. I had a complicated scenario with odd seasonal employment history and future salary being on a PhD stipend and they were able to make it all come together. Would definitely recommend them for any first-time buyers or those coming from a bit of an odd background looking to buy a home. Thanks again!
