I first reached out to Amanda McCall with PrimeLending at the end of June. She was timely in her responses, easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable about financing and assistance options available. Me and my fiancé didn’t even want to dream that we would be able to get a house and she worked hard every day to make it possible for us. The lending process ran efficiently with no surprises. Amanda Jones was my lender and is great to work with, personable and well organized. A couple highlights: I had to travel on the original closing day we were able to move closing day up two days with two weeks to close; and she told me at what rate and for how much longer we would need to stay in our house for when it would make sense to refinance. Best experience with a lender yet!
Worked with Carlus Mansel and he was simply as professional as they come. He made the process very easy as I had a couple of items that were a bit unusual but I am closing this afternoon and without his help and diligence I know I would not be!
