She is friendly and kind, and really knows the rules and regulations of the loan world and is very efficient and accurate in getting the procedure done from application to funding. She is also helpful and willing to explain things and tell you what options you have. She answers emails promptly and sends all the documents you need to fill out and sign in a timely manner. I highly recommend Prime Lending because of Cheryl.
