Jon Sanderson with Prime Lending is a beast!! Jon updated me weekly on our file's progress and was always available whenever I had questions or concerns. I recently closed on a 2nd home out-of-state. I am a bit older and have not borrowed money in a long time. So I am not familiar with the modern process. I worked with Debra Walser who was great. She guided me through the application process and made the process seem simple. I found Debra to be responsive if I had a question—if I didn’t get her directly she quickly called back almost immediately. Thanks for being so helpful!
