If I could, I’d give Prime Lending more than just 5 stars. Not only was the entire loaning process so easy, but it was also done so quick that the keys were in our hands within a week’s time. After not being able to get our loan passed once before, I had no hope left but Prime Lending really came in clutch. Jeremy House has helped me through the home buying process twice, once in 2014 and again in 2020. The realtors that we work with are always so amazed at how quick and easy Jeremy seems to make the process. Both homes I purchased had previous offers with lenders that couldn’t make the loans work. This is my third time working with Jeremy and his team. I like working with them because they are very thorough with their work and stay on top of everything. It feels good not having to worry about the little things and knowing that they have it all taken care of. They constantly keep me updated throughout the process and explain what is needed each step of the way. They are are also very dependable and responsiveness.
