While the refinance started out smooth and relatively easy, the additional requirements amd hurdles that we had to navigate were ridiculous. We're grateful that it's finally done, but it was not a good experience.

Shannon Schneider is outstanding. She guided us through the loan process step by step, explaining everything and patiently answering all of our questions. Even on closing day, when some issues arose in the paperwork, she remained calm and simply called us to explain what happened and what we needed to do to resolve the issue.
