Marion transported my elderly father from the hospital to his assisted living facility. Marion was kind, treated my father with dignity and reassured me that he would be ok. He helped my father into his room even helped me settle him into his chair. Thank you for your kindness toward my father, it meant a lot!
Timothy was reliable, courteous, and knowledgable. It was nice not to have to worry after a hectic hospital stay.
I’m a powerchair user and I had heard mixed reviews about accessible transportation in Tennessee. I’m so glad I found prime care before my trip, the staff Daphne and Tammy who I dealt with via phone and email were superb and our driver Wayne was just as fantastic, super friendly and happy to help. I’d 100% recommend prime care and I’ll definitely be using them again if I return to TN!
