Always helpful and professional
Awful service from the standpoint of a worker at a restaurant. Driver simply dropped off our guest at 11:30 am, and didn’t provide me with any information as to how he would get home. Guest’s phone was dead so he could not contact his facility. Guest proceeded to stay and was a wonderful guest for our staff, but when it came time to pickup I called Primecare and was told a driver would arrive in half an hour.
