They tend to give out your account information to other people without even confirming its ok... close accounts for the dumbest reasons ever... we went somewhere else and they couldn't believe that was the way we were treated and I banked with Prime for over 6 years! Some of the tellers are rude also...
Not sure if it's in your policy but I feel like it's a breach of my privacy when one of your tellers interrogates me when I went to withdraw a few thousand dollars from my account. I got asked what am I spending MY money on and got lectured about scammers. Was also asked if I'm buying gift cards or sending money to women online. I'll do whatever the hell I want to do with MY money and it's my business not yours and if it keeps happening I'll be closing my account very soon.
