Horrible service! So unprepared-like the 1st time they've ever done this! We told them 5 adults with 5 pieces luggage headed to the airport from a week long cruise and he assumed we had backpacks??? We even sent him a picture of the five large pieces of luggage the day before! He sent ONE Toyota highlander!! No roof straps... my husband was the one trying to Tetris the luggage while the guy stood there shrugging his shoulders. After a few phone calls to Prime Time, they agreed to send another car.
