What in the Sam he ll !!!!, called to verify PO, PO was good, They have product to load. So I arrived an hour later. that story changes to that a next day appointment, I’m like OK come back next day first one in to check in. four hours later still waiting. Waiting for trucks to come from the ports. Product finally shows up, but still waiting for dock. Office lady somewhat polite. I got all day to wait around for 1 plt! said no truck driver ever.
Worst shipper in the US.Its a cross dock facility.They ll only load you after 10 pm then promptly kick you out as they don't let you park overnight although they have plenty of space to park.Also no restrooms despite the fact that they have a driver lounge inside! No respect for drivers so why should a self respecting driver come here? Not Prime Time but Slave Time should be their name.Dont be a sucker; don't come here unless you wanna reset or take 10 hours off duty

Cold storage facility. Very customer friendly. In and out fairly quickly in the AM, but slows in the afternoon.
