We used Prime Tiles to supply tiles for our bathrooms and what they supplied look fantastic! Dealing with Ali was really easy and a pleasure, he also gave sound advice and was really helpful. Would have no hesitation using them again and can highly recommend prime Tiles!
Stay away at all costs. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I parted away with £10k for tiles where the amount was paid in full back in May 2024 where only part of the order was delivered. Almost 90m2 of tiles were never delivered at £6500. I had to constantly chase and beg for the status of delivery and rarely got feedback. Amazing customer service from start to finish! Ali was always on hand to help. I had a few issues with parts (nothing to do with Ali) he quickly spoke to his reps and got it sorted out with next day delivery. Lovely guys will definitely see them for my next bathroom. Very happy with the service.
We've just replaced two bathrooms, and were looking for a merchant to supply the baths, showers, sinks and toilets etc. in January. We visited Prime Tiles to purchase the tiling, and whilst in there we noticed that they had showers and basins on display. It turned out they also supplied bathrooms as well.
