Prime Tax Solutions is a complete nightmare. Communication was awful — calls and emails were ignored for days. Owner named Jaffer was rude, unhelpful, and acted like he couldn’t care less. Zero professionalism, zero respect. I wouldn’t trust them with a single dollar. Stay far away.
I stopped by to see my accountant Jafar today, and as always, it was a great experience. He’s not only extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about his clients. His partner, Jalpa, was also incredibly helpful and kind, together, they make a fantastic team. You can really tell they’re both committed to providing the best service possible. Jaffar is hands down one of the best accountants in the GTA! He’s incredibly caring, patient, and takes his time to make sure everything is done properly. I’ve been going to him for years, and now my entire family does too — we’ve never been disappointed. His rates are very fair, and most importantly, he’s honest and trustworthy. You can really tell he cares about his clients and never takes advantage of anyone. If you’re looking for a reliable accountant, I highly recommend giving him a try — you won’t regret it!
