I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Prime Tax Solution. The staff showed a clear lack of professionalism and customer service. Communication was poor it was difficult to get updates or clear answers, and when I did, the tone was dismissive and unhelpful. I trusted this company to handle my tax matters properly, but I felt ignored and disrespected throughout the process.
I have been filing mines and my brothers personal and corporation tax here at Prime tax for the last 7 years with Jaffar Mehdi. The service and and the work is excellent and all my financial issues get sorted just the way I want. Highly recommended for all inquiries related to tax.
