Awesome tax service and customer service
I had hoped to leave a very glowing review. The past reviews and other recommendations suggested a positive outcome. However, I had a very different experience. I brought my 21 year old son in to have his taxes prepared. He had a single 1099 from a summer job he has in between college semesters. A couple of days prior to the appointment, we dropped off the 1099 and a list of possible expenses. Everyone was so nice! Two days later, the appointment itself went smoothly and efficient.
