Post order submittal - customer service would only help with a portion of an order error. Follow-up communication was very short and to the point. Our family made 3 separate sports purchases through them already this year and I had higher expectations for customer service as our sports association just brought this company on board this year.
What kind of photography business uses AI? Lame AI backgrounds to choose for your kids school photo did not encourage me to order from these people tasked with school photos. Sent an email their way. No response. Never used my email to send a customer service email. Ended up getting random spam in my inbox some time after. Strange. Leads me to believe those behind this business is 'alberta' as it gets...
Zero effort in coaxing kids to smile, hire someone else if you can
We had an issue with our photos, they offered a solution and followed through. Much appreciated.
Probably the most unoriginal, unartistic photography company around. Just a money grab for terrible photos. The pose and background options are laughable.
